SwanCare - Aged Care/Other Service - Downsizing

SwanCare was established in the early 1960’s in Bentley, Perth, Western Australia as Swan Cottage Homes. More than five decades on, SwanCare has become one of WA's leading providers of retirement and aged care services.

A not-for-profit organisation and registered charity, SwanCare administers WA’s largest single retirement and aged care site at Bentley Park, as well as its sister site at Australind Rise.

Bentley Park covers 15 hectares and is home to approximately 1,000 residents residing in either our retirement village, or in one of four residential care facilities.

SwanCare also provides the local, South East Perth community with a suite of home care services with SwanCare At Home.
