Royal Freemasons' Benevolent Institution - Sold Properties - Downsizing
RFBI was founded in 1880 to assist those in need at a time when there were no Government funded social welfare programs. 141 years later, we still pride ourselves in fulfilling this role through the provision of aged care services, and through our benevolence and annuity programs.
Over recent years, RFBI has responded to the issue of Australia’s aging population and diversified its caring and benevolent role in the community with the development of aged care services. We own and operate residential care and retirement villages, providing comfortable and attractive homes for older Australians as well as home care services, enabling people to live safely in their own homes for longer
Currently, RFBI has 20 retirement villages, 22 residential villages and covers 6 regions with Care at Home services across NSW and ACT. In total RFBI cares for in excess of 2,500 older community members.
Providing support to older Australians enabling them to age with dignity, in safe caring homes is core to RFBI’s objectives. This is made possible by our dedicated and highly training staff who come to work each day with a genuine desire to look after those entrusted to their care to the very best of their ability.
