Tracey started in Real Estate at the tender age of 22. Soon after, she became the mother of two beautiful daughters and didn't return to the property industry until 2000, when she secured the position of Sales & Marketing Manager at Ashton Gardens Retirement Village, East Maitland. A boutique village consisting of 61 homes, she successfully sold the entire village off the plan and from the boot of her car, until moving on to more challenging roles within the Retirement and Aged Care industries.
During the past 20 years, Tracey changed career direction and spent 4 years with the Ambulance Service of NSW. Whilst at times her position was emotionally draining, her reward was knowing that each day she was able to help those in need.
As a Licenced Real Estate Agent, she returned to the Retirement industry in 2015 and has since realised the need for a holistic approach to transitioning to another home, retirement/lifestyle village or nursing home.
Having worked in all sectors of the retirement and aged care industries, Tracey remains conversant with current legislation. Her exceptional communication skills, customer service and network of service providers, enables her to provide her clients with an experience they will never forget and second to none.
