Portion control is essential for weight loss or maintenance.
It doesn't matter how healthy a food is, if you eat too much of it you'll find it hard to manage your weight.
But weighing and measuring everything you eat can take all the joy out of food, not to mention it's completely impractical when you're eating out.
So here is my handy guide to healthy portions, using common objects as comparisons. Now, wherever you are, you'll be able to visualise the correct portion size to lose weight.
