Frederick Guest Hostel is in the southern Perth suburb of Bull Creek, close to the Kwinana Freeway, the Bull Creek shopping complex and Bull Creek station on the Perth-Mandurah line.

Each suite has a living area with kitchenette, private balcony or deck, separate bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and split system reverse cycle air conditioning in every room.

There is plenty of space to walk and relax around the care centre. Wide corridors with floor-to-ceiling windows give an airy feel with lots of natural light, and there are spaces for meeting up with friends and family, including a large dining area, two smaller lounge/dining rooms and leafy gardens for fine days.

Residents have plenty to do, with a busy social calendar offering a  range of activities, a library, hair salon and a chapel for quiet reflection.
