Garden Suburb Aged Care Facility

Garden Suburb is an 85 bed high care facility, comprising of 60 general nursing home beds and 25 dementia specific beds. Situated in a natural bushland environment Garden Suburb Aged Care Facility is centrally located to several large shopping centres, bus and train services as well as having easy access to the link road.

Garden Suburbs specialises in opportunities for enablement for their residents, with a program to assist residents maintain independence and quality of life. Residents are encouraged and assisted to develop friendships, and maintain community involvement. Exceptional staff care plus a large volunteer program assist people to maintain an enjoyable quality of life.

Please note that an Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT) assessment is required prior to entry into any residential care facility.
