Resthaven Fleurieu Community Services can provide Home Care Packages Level 1, 2, 3 and 4

Resthaven Fleurieu Community Services support older people and their carers across a broad geographic area.

We deliver in-home support, social activities and respite care throughout the Fleurieu.

Services are delivered either in the privacy of your own home, or out and about in your local community, in a way that supports your choices and independence, respects your privacy and provides peace of mind.

Resthaven offers a wide range of flexible services so that you are able to live independently at home.

Choose from:

• Low level in home support
• Home care packages (Levels 1-4)
• Respite for carers (day or overnight support)
• Social activities

You may choose to receive support with household tasks, home maintenance, shopping, social activities, keeping healthy, personal care and nursing care.

Support is delivered in your home by trained Resthaven home support workers, or at one of our Community Services sites near you.
