The 36 retirement units at RFBI Pearce Masonic Retirement Village are approximately 78m2 in area. Each unit is fully equipped. The kitchen includes a spacious preparation area, built in storage, oven, and built in storage space.

All units have reverse cycle split-system air-conditioning, carpets, double curtains tracks, light fittings, security screen doors and lockup storage space, separate bathroom and internal laundries.

To ensure your year-round comfort, we have provided your unit with sun control, efficient ventilation and ideal orientation.

Please note that you will need to pay a departure fee when you leave this village.
