For essentials, enjoy the benefits of the well-stocked village kiosk, owned and operated by residents. The adjacent multi-purpose room is fitted with home cinema and a state-of-the-art sound system for village movie nights and events such as the Grand Final and Melbourne Cup. Consulting rooms allow for a local hairdresser, physiotherapist and podiatrist to visit on a regular basis, with a doctor attending weekly. For a small charge, there is a guest suite that can be used by visiting friends and family.

Greenways Village is conveniently located in one of Melbourne’s increasingly popular bayside suburbs — Seaford. Entry is from Frankston-Dandenong Road which connects directly to the new East Link and Peninsula Link Freeways which provides easy access to the City, the Eastern suburbs and the Mornington Peninsula.
