RFBI Dubbo Masonic Retirement Village is located in Dubbo, a dynamic, regional city in the centre of New South Wales, with a rich pastoral history. The village is conveniently located, with a bus service at the end of Darby Close and the CBD just 4km away.

The village hall, for the use of all residents, has a comprehensive library and space for special functions including Christmas and Melbourne Cup day. Other regular activities include crafts, card games, high tea and celebrations of special events.

When you prefer a little less activity, you'll find many quiet spots where you can simply relax and enjoy the scenery. The village prides itself on its beautiful gardens and is home to some rare plant species.

If you don't drive, a bus service runs past the village frequently, taking you to most city areas.

RFBI Dubbo Masonic Retirement Village offers a mix of 1 and 2 bedroom units, 45 in all. They are designed as duplexes and have their own laundries, some with garages, others with car spaces.

The units are well designed, each with a living and dining area, bedrooms with built in cupboards and a well-appointed kitchen. Several of the 1 bedroom units have a carport and all the 2 bedroom units come with a lockup garage and an internal door, giving you easy covered access to your home.

Some units have solar panels and natural gas. There are safety screens on outside doors and windows. Each unit also has an emergency response system.
