A Serviced Apartment provides a private, independent living option with a helping hand. Regular daily meals, cleaning of the unit and laundry for linen is provided as part of the monthly fees. The village is a vibrant community and residents in the Serviced Apartments can enjoy all that the village offers in social connections and wellbeing opportunities. 

If you have a Home Care Package through the federal government, you should speak with your provider about how you can utilise your package in this new environment. Some of your monthly fees may be eligible for funding through your package as well as providing the additional support you may need.

LATROBE VILLAGE is tucked away at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and surrounded by beautiful parkland, conveniently located within walking distance of Summerhill Shopping Centre and CT Barling Reserve, public transport is easily accessible and there are regular outings in the village bus.
