Carey Bay Village is set amongst beautifully landscaped gardens and is just a short walk to the pristine shores of Lake Macquarie.  The Village features 31 two bedroom self contained villas with either carports or garages, the Community Centre is the hub of the village, providing a welcoming space for residents to come together and enjoy each others company.  A village bus provides transport to local shopping centres and monthly social outings.
