We offer 101 stunning independent living units across five buildings, built around a central courtyard. Built for easy and flexible living, the units come with either one, two or three bedrooms to suit your needs. 

The lounge areas are generous and all have fabulous views across the village, Croydon and Inner Sydney. The outdoor common areas provide beautiful spaces to spend time with family and friends, and features peaceful waterways and landscaped gardens which are ideal for walking and relaxing. The resident social committee organises a range of recreational activities such as yoga, water aerobics and local sports, walking groups, movie nights, social outings and more.
