Your new home at RFBI Basin View Masonic Village is on the north shore of the St George Basin, an idyllic location well known for its relaxing and welcoming lifestyle. Set in tranquil bushland within walking distance of the town, it lets you easily choose between doing a little or a lot.

The grounds comprise well kept community gardens, an orchard and many quiet areas. They are both beautiful and practical, producing a fine crop of fruit, vegetables and herbs. You can participate as much or as little as you like and make many new friends in the process. 

Community activities are organised by the residents and include regular outings and activities in the community hall.

The community hall is available for you and your family to celebrate special events. There is also a 23-seater bus plus trailer to take you on outings, picnics, weekly shopping, fishing trips, plus regular visits to local clubs and exercise classes.

As a resident, you will of course have a say in how the village is run, through elected representatives who works with management to constantly improve the village and what it offers you.

RFBI Basin View Masonic Village is modern and inviting: custom designed to provide you with maximum living comfort, maintaining your independence while leading an active and social life.

The village offers 22 well maintained two and three bedroom units, all with en-suites, lock up garages, large living/dining areas and on-site space to park a caravan or boat.

All units have ceiling fans and/or air conditioners, gas heating and cooking and large windows to allow natural light to fill your home.  There are safety screens on outside doors and windows and an emergency response system is installed in all villas for peace of mind.

Please note that you will need to pay a departure fee when you leave this village.
