Our studio, one, two and three-bedroom units and two and three-bedroom villas each have a private balcony or courtyard to make your own. Some have allocated carports or lock-up garages, while our villas have secure internal garage access.

If you’re looking to move into a friendly community, but still want to live independently with a little extra help when you need it, then a serviced apartment could be the right fit. 

 Willandra Bungalows  

Located separately from Willandra Village, we offer a selection of semi-detached two and three bedroom-bungalows. Surrounded by peaceful bushland, these elegant places feature updated interiors and internal garage access, along with outdoor living spaces.

Australian Unity Retirement Community Independent Living Units at Willandra Village and Bungalows are sold under a loan lease arrangement, and Willandra Village Serviced Apartments are sold under a lease arrangement.
