Jasmine Grove at IRT Kanahooka offers a new type of retirement living, which enables a small group of single women over the age of 55 to live together in a supportive environment within our retirement village.

Jasmine Grove will feature 8 private, self contained one-bedroom villas, as well as a community living, cooking and gardening space, and a more affordable price range. 

This collaborative housing neighbourhood consists of 8 private, self-contained villas set around community spaces, which include additional cooking, dining and living spaces.

Each one-bedroom villa includes:

• Full kitchen
• Dining area
• Lounge room
• Laundry
• Outdoor storage space
• Parking space
• Pet friendly.

Community spaces include:

• Oversized community kitchen
• Dining table for 8 residents
• Community lounge room with TV area
• Outdoor community BBQ area

• Community gardens and green spaces. 

Jasmine Grove residents will form part of the wider IRT Kanahooka community, along with Henry Brooks Estate residents. You’ll share your home with local birdlife, beautiful scenery and friendly neighbours.
