Aveo’s premium master planned retirement community, Parkside Carindale, has sold out only six months after the release of its latest stage.
Located 14 kilometres east of Brisbane’s CBD, the 10-storey ‘Vista’ building opened in November last year with eager retirees snapping up the 100 luxury apartments in record time, including over 50% of apartments selling off the plan. Vista is the third multi-storey building to be released in the lifestyle-driven community.
