Aveo has won the Marketing Excellence category at the prestigious Property Council of Australia’s 2024 National Retirement Living Awards held on the Gold Coast last week.
Aveo received the Channel Marketing-sponsored award for its campaign ‘Will Retirement Living Suit You?’ This clever campaign aimed at bringing anyone considering retirement living into an Aveo community across the country as part of a regular national open home event series, giving customers a chance to have their questions about village life answered.
Aveo’s Head of Marketing and Communications, Bridgid Allsopp congratulated the Aveo marketing team on the award recognising its phenomenally successful campaign that outperformed the retirement living group’s own targets.
“The rolling campaign was activated over an 18-month period achieving excellent results with an effective marketing spend to support extraordinary lead generation in up to 80 communities across metro and regional areas,’’ Ms Allsopp said.
“Congratulations to the Aveo marketing team on the creation and execution of this outstanding multi-platform campaign managing radio, press, outdoor, online video, social media, and email marketing across several states to achieve an incredible result.’’
Aveo also won the category at last year’s National Retirement Living Awards for its campaign, “Take the First Step.”
Aveo last night also took home Best Revitalisation Award for its Domaine Retirement Living community in Doncaster, Melbourne.
The extensive renovation of the community centre at the premium retirement village was awarded ‘Best Revitalisation’ in the category sponsored by Switch Star.
Aveo's Head of Portfolio, Anthony Ibrahim congratulated the Aveo Portfolio team and the Domaine community team on the win.
“The remarkable revitalisation at Domaine included the transformation of a 22-year-old community centre into a contemporary recreational and wellness space where 175 residents connect and thrive,’’ Mr Ibrahim said.
