Goodwin home care: Health and Wellness Centres

Goodwin Health and Wellness Centres are located at Goodwin Village Monash and The Central by Goodwin at Crace.

At Goodwin, our home care services extend to working with you on building your capacity for a better quality of life and to return to doing the things you love - through mobility and balance, improved confidence, resilience to health events, and prevention. 

Goodwin Health and Wellness Centres offer services that are exclusive to Goodwin home care clients and village residents. They provide a hub of allied health services including podiatry and physiotherapy, working closely with our geriatrician, GPs and aged care specialist nurse practitioner for collaborative health care that treats the person, not just the symptoms. 

The centres also offers daily classes such as tai chi, yoga and weights and resistance training - all aimed at keeping you independent and nurturing mind, body and soul for all round wellbeing. Classes are held through the Centre's 'Health Club' and are at all our villages, for convenient locations in north and south Canberra. 

Services can be provided as part of a home care package, or as standalone services. $33 annual membership to the Health Club gets you unlimited classes for a full year.
