I'm seeking a mature and mindful flatmate to join me and my friendly cat in a luxury 2-bed/2-bath unit at Parkridge Estate, Noosa Heads, next to the Noosa Springs Golf Course and Spa.

Noosa National Park is just across the driveway, with walking trails to Castaways Beach and Lake Weyba, and Noosa Junction and Sunshine Beach are just a 5-minute drive away.

Available from October, the rent is $450 per week and includes the large private unfurnished master suite with ensuite, use of the fully-furnished and equipped living areas, and free entry to the onsite gym and lap pool.

About me: I'm an active 68 year old who is open-minded, and loves nature, creative arts, and socializing, though I value my private time too. Ideally, you're 50+, appreciate a balance of positive social interaction and personal space, and like cats.
