1 bedroom with ceiling fan in Eagleby for rent, in a 2 bedroom unit in a quiet complex, there is visitor parking available or street parking,the room has a a chest of draws,a built in cupboard and a double bed, there is a ceiling fan and an aircon in the lounge room, a nice undercover area out back, you will share the bathroom and living areas in a fully furnished unit with utilities,unlimited Wifi and streaming services included in the weekly rent you will be living with me and my 2 indoor cats so no pets please, just bring yourself and your bedding as I have limited supply, it’s $250 per week with a bond of $500.00
